No Refunds
All purchases, registrations, and application fees for South Core Roar are strictly non-refundable. This applies to all vendor booths, car show registrations, sponsorships, and any other event-related transactions.
By submitting an application or making a payment, you agree to this no-refund policy. We plan our event layout and logistics carefully based on registrations, so we are unable to process any refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or weather events.
Event Cancellation
In the highly unlikely event that South Core Roar is cancelled in its entirety by the organizers, communication regarding the policy for rolled-over registrations or potential alternative resolutions will be provided directly to the registered email address. The event runs rain or shine.
