Where do I park?

Can I bring my dog?

Leashed, friendly dogs are welcome in outdoor zones. Please clean up after your pet. Service animals are welcome everywhere.

Is there alcohol available?

Yes — licensed food and beverage vendors will be serving throughout the event footprint. 19+ with valid government-issued photo ID required for alcohol purchases.

Is it kid-friendly?

Absolutely. There's a dedicated kids' zone with activities in the Paterson Park parking lot, a colouring contest, and family-friendly stage performances on Sunday afternoon.

Is there food on-site?

Yes. There will be lots of food trucks and local vendors spread across the entire event footprint. Cash and tap accepted at most vendors.

Most vendors accept tap and card payments. An ATM is available near the Brodie Street entrance.

Is the event accessible?

Yes. The event takes place on flat, paved streets. Accessible parking is reserved on May Street, and accessible washrooms are available on-site.

Saturday August 1: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM. Sunday August 2: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The Friendship Ride arrives Friday July 31.

Vehicles must remain in their spot during show hours. Riders are welcome to come and go between days.

Where do I park my trailer?

A designated trailer lot is available three blocks east of the show zone. Directions included in your load-in email.

What if my vehicle leaks?

Drip mats are required for any vehicle with known leaks. Bring your own or pick one up at the gate ($5 suggested donation).

All exhibitor registrations are non-refundable. Spots may be transferred to another person by contacting us before the event.

Yes — power access is available for a $60 surcharge. You must bring your own CSA-approved extension cord. Limited availability — request on the application.
